Founded by Bob Paxman (former 22 SAS) in 2008, Talking2Minds' ethos was 'Veterans helping Veterans'. That ethos remains to this day although, as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other severe stress-related conditions such Stress, Fear and Anxiety and Anger Issues affect all sectors or society, it has become 'Like helping Like'. Trauma leaves it mark and whether it's in the field of combat, as part of the "blue light" services or through something encountered as a civilian, the effects can be terrifying and debilitating.
